Eseza Kiwumulo
This Fund was used to establish a scholarship program for
deserving students at King’s College Budo, which began in September of
2003. Already, Ruth Mulungi, our first beneficiary completed her A level
education at Budo. Her success looms as an exciting testimony to BI’s
commitment to changing King’s College Budo (one life at a time if
necessary) through the generous support of our donors. We encourage you to continue supporting this special philanthropic cause. To give that you may have a lasting value in the lives of those that BI will touch. Each penny donated will go a long way to change the financial circumstances and inevitably the future of one of our own.
In this section, we highlight the students that your money supports and their achievements.
Ruth Mulungi (2003-2005)
Ruth was our first sponsee and surely she was a gem
at King's College Budo. Her mother was met with hard financial strife
and we managed to fund her tuition through Advanced Level of education
at KCB.
Currently, Ruth is successfully pursuing a Business
Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management at Uganda's Premier
University, Makerere University Business School. She is eternally
thankful for all of your donations that helped to jump-start her dreams.
Maureen Mukhoda (2006-2007)
Maureen was an outstanding student while still
at King's College Budo. She participated in everything from drama in
Sabaganzi House to leadership (she was a House Prefect). The list goes
on but a picture is worth a thousand words, so have a look at her
accomplishments in our album below.
Eseza Kiwumulo (2008 - 2011)
We are currently sponsoring our third student , Eseza Kiwumulo.
She currently needs Ug Shs 570 000 per term for her tuition and board.
We are in the process of acquiring some photos of Eseza.
