Shouldn't part of his primary roles be to go around the alumni and fundraise for various Budo Projects? Isn't that what University President's do? Is that what Semivule does? If so, is he doing a good enough job.
How long has the library project taken? What about the swimming pool project? Are you trying to tell me that of all the accomplished alumni that we have, the many that have swimming pools in their homes, there isn't enough money to complete a >10yr old library project?
Should the role of the Budo HM be revised and re-written? Maybe they can take a leaf from Progressive.
